Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on application functionality, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and usability, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Consumer Goods and Services. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
