- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise content management solutions using OpenText Documentum.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design, code, and test custom components within complex software environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to content management systems.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
