Location: Adyar, Chennai
Working Days: 6 days - Mon to Sat
Timing: 09:30am to 6:30pm

At GameNation, we are looking for a Customer and sales support executive to drive our outbound sales efforts and connect with our growing gaming community. If you excel at understanding customer needs, fostering engagement, and closing deals, we want you on our team!
Your Mission is to be:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Building: Connect with new and existing customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and build long-lasting, meaningful relationships that strengthen customer loyalty.
- Strategic Sales Engagement: Promote GameNations products with confidence, spark customer interest, and follow up on leads to successfully convert them into satisfied buyers. Your role directly drives the companys growth.
- Solution-Oriented Customer Support: Use active listening and product knowledge to address customer concerns, recommend the right solutions, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Organized CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, call logs, and sales updates in our CRM system to support transparency, efficiency, and better customer service.
- Opportunity Identification & Upselling: Recognize customer needs, spot opportunities, and make the right product recommendationsall while working toward team and individual sales targets.
- Continuous Learning & Product Expertise: Stay updated with the latest gaming products, releases, and GameNation offerings. Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your sales techniques and gaming knowledge.
Youre probably a match if you have:
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in sales support or a related field.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Your communication skills will help bridge any gaps and connect with a diverse audience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Youre comfortable using technology to drive results.
