We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for a Banking Voice Process in Chennai
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in the banking and customer service domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls customer interactions related to banking services
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Candidates with banking background preferred
