Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily branch operations including gold loan processing, customer documentation, and data entry.
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate handling and storage of pledged gold articles.
- Support in loan disbursement, interest collection, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and prepare branch reports.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products and services (e.g., insurance, money transfer, forex).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC/AML regulations.
- Learn and adapt to new software systems and standard operating procedures.
- Eligibility
- Criteria:Education: Graduate in any degree.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply).
- Age Limit: Usually between 21–25 years.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in regional language(s).
- Key Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic financial and analytical understanding.
- Attention to detail and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
