Job Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling service requests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers regarding service inquiries, complaints, or updates.
  • Register service requests, schedule repair visits, and coordinate with technicians and vendors.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Track and update job statuses in the system to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments for prompt action.
  • Support internal teams with communication and coordination for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support, service coordination, or call center operations preferred.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and commitment to delivering great customer service.


Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 7:30 PM — Work from the Office.
