Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Meet individual and team performance targets (TAT, CSAT, etc.)
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty
