We are hiring Telecallers for our service center to handle customer calls, service follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for service reminders & follow-ups
- Handle inbound customer inquiries politely
- Book service appointments and update records
- Coordinate with service advisors when required
Eligibility
