Customer Care Executive (Inbound)

We are looking for 6months to 1 year of experience as inbound voice process executive.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound customer calls related to invoices and service queries.
• Provide clear information and support to customers.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and close pending queries.
• Convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM entries. Coordinate with internal teams for invoice-related updates.
• Ensure excellent customer experience .

Qualification and requirements :

• Any Degree /Diploma /ITI
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience
• Ability to multitask and handle customer escalations.
