Job Description

Languages : English + (Malayalam or Telugu)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

• Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery.

• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of queries and satisfaction with the provided solutions.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database or CRM system.

• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

• Adhere to established company policies and procedures while delivering customer service.

• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge.

• Handle non-voice tasks such as responding to emails, chat messages, and social media inquiries.


Requirements:

• Must have verbal communication skills in Hindi, Telugu or Kannada.

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous (Freshers can apply)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is a plus.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
