Customer Care Officer - Machinery Division

Any Graduate with Good English and Hindi communication skill - In and around Ambattur.

1. Answering incoming calls and provides information about services issues of the machinery supplied, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
2. Assign it to the respective engineer.
3. Follow up till completion,.
4. Document the action with service report and respective videos and images.
5. Maintain customer and machinery folder.
6. Issue spare parts quotation and arrange for parts in coordination with stores department.
7. Follow up the order until completion of delivery and payment.
8. Service engineer's expenditure management
9. AMC record maintenance and follow ups.
10. Read emails and respond ontime.
11. Any other tasks that arises then and there.
