Job Description

 Roles & Responsibilities


* Assist customers/visitors inside the branch

* Guide customers in filling forms and completing transactions

* Ensure no customer is left unattended

* Help customers migrate to digital channels (ATM, ADWM, INB, YONO, UPI, etc.)

* Support branch staff by reducing workload

* Share information about SBI products & services

* Basic operational knowledge of ATM, INB, UPI & digital banking.
