Customer Realationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Customer Relationships

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining long-term loyalty.
• Build strong relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.

2. Handle Inquiries and Complaints

• Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally.
• Address and resolve complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Escalate issues when required and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

3. Provide Product & Service Information

• Educate customers about products, services, offers, and company updates.
• Guide customers in making informed decisions based on their needs.

4. Follow-Up & Customer Satisfaction

• Make follow-up calls after service or purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect feedback and coordinate improvements with internal teams.

5. Maintain Accurate Records

• Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Update logs regularly for tracking and reporting purposes.

6. Support Sales Activities

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and understanding processes.
