Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with existing and new customers
- Understand customer requirements and promote company products/services
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and complaints
- Generate leads through calls, references, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into sales closures
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Update customer details in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
