Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to potential leads and explain motor insurance products

Lead Conversion: Persuade interested customers to purchase insurance policies by clearly explaining benefits and solving objections.

Follow-Ups: Call back interested leads, maintain follow-up schedules, and ensure closures with timely communication.

Customer Assistance: Guide customers on document requirements, renewal procedures, and basic claim support.

Data Entry: Update call responses, lead status, and customer details accurately in Excel/CRM or other tracking formats.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with on-field agents or sales managers to fix appointments or escalate complex queries.

Feedback Collection: Take feedback from customers after policy issuance or claim process and report any concerns.

Daily Reporting: Share end-of-day updates on calls made, leads followed, and conversions achieved.
