Customer Relations Specialist

Automotive Group, Toyota VC, Trucks VC, and Maniv Mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle customer interactions across various channels, including phone calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms.

● Assist customers in understanding pricing, fi nancing options, government incentives, scheduling service slots and delivery timelines.

● Optimize call handling time, response times for emails and chats, and overall customer satisfaction.

● Handle customer escalations, inquiries, and tickets effi ciently to provide timely resolutions and close them before the TAT.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions using CRM software.

● Assist in implementing feedback mechanisms and proactive problem resolution strategies to continuously improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing effi ciency in handling emails, chats, and other channels, while managing varying call volumes.

● Ensure a focus on reducing average call handling time without compromising service quality across various communication channels.

Ideal Candidate:

● Graduate with 0- 1 years of experience in roles within customer service call centers.

● Exceptional communication skills in English and Regional language.

● Deep understanding of electric vehicles or the automotive industry is a plus.

● Proven experience to quickly analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide eff ective solutions or escalate as needed.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle complex customer inquiries with professionalism and effi ciency.

● Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools will be an advantage.
