Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

* Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries

* Support sales team with customer coordination and documentation

* Maintain customer data and update CRM records

* Resolve customer queries and ensure timely response

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support

* Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
