Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to handle client interactions, follow up on leads, perform cold calling, convert inquiries into bridal bookings, and manage student enrollments for our master classes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and strong sales abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries from brides and students through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Perform cold calling to generate new leads and convert them into confirmed bookings and enrollments.
• Follow up with potential clients regularly and maintain strong relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
• Close bridal makeup bookings and student enrollments for courses and master classes.
• Maintain client database, lead tracking, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the makeup artists and training team to schedule appointments and classes.
• Provide complete information about services, packages, pricing, and offers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly booking and enrollment targets.
