Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate effectively with customers and internal operations teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of work.
2. Proactively follow up with customers regarding current and future shipments.
3. Draft and manage professional email communication with customers.
4. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a CHA (Customs House Agent) environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, and related processes is mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
