Customer Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments
• Answer customer questions and handle objections politely
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
• Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Prior tele calling or customer service experience
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, call systems)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
