Main Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers through phone, email, or chat
• Understand customer issues and give proper solutions
• Handle complaints in a polite and professional way
• Provide correct information about products or services
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Follow company rules and processes
