Job Title: Customer Sales Executive – Voice ProcessLocation: Chennai

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand) + Unlimited Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Sales Executives for a voice process to interact with customers, understand their needs, and convert calls into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer experience.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound sales calls
• Pitch company products/services effectively to customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company policies and call quality standards

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred in:

• Sales / Insurance
• Customer Support – Voice Process
• Telecalling / Call Center Sales
• Good persuasion and communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Language RequirementsPreferred: Tamil or Malayalam (any one mandatory)
• Other language openings also available
• Basic English communication required
