Job Description
- Customer Support: Greet customers, answer inquiries about product location or availability, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Stock Management: Replenish shelves, rotate products (ensuring older items are at the front), and remove expired or damaged goods to maintain quality standards.
- Checkout Operations: Efficiently operate the cash register (POS system), process payments via cash or card, and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, aisles, and checkout areas clean and organized through regular dusting, sweeping, and spill cleanup.
- Merchandising: Assist in setting up promotional displays, attaching price labels, and ensuring products are presented attractively according to store standards.
- Inventory & Deliveries: Assist in unloading delivery trucks, verifying shipments against invoices, and organizing the back stockroom.
