Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls.
- Explain Vecura’s services, packages, and offers clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales/operations team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM.
- Follow up with customers as per defined TAT.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Meet daily call targets and monthly performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments for service closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
