Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls.
  • Explain Vecura’s services, packages, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales/operations team.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM.
  • Follow up with customers as per defined TAT.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Meet daily call targets and monthly performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for service closure.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
