Job Description

Handle customer interactions across various channels, including phone calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms. ● Assist customers in understanding pricing, financing options, government incentives, scheduling service slots and delivery timelines. ● Optimize call handling time, response times for emails and chats, and overall customer satisfaction. ● Handle customer escalations, inquiries, and tickets efficiently to provide timely resolutions and close them before the TAT. ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions using CRM software. ● Assist in implementing feedback mechanisms and proactive problem resolution strategies to continuously improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction. ● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing efficiency in handling emails, chats, and other channels, while managing varying call volumes.
