Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers through calls and messages, resolving issues, and supporting sales and service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer InteractionHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, or other channels
- Provide clear and accurate product/service information
2. Query ResolutionUnderstand customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team
- Ensure customer satisfaction before closing the query
3. Lead Handling & SupportIdentify customer requirements and guide them accordingly
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team
- Follow up with customers for updates and conversions
- 4. CRM & DocumentationUpdate customer details and interaction records in CRM
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries and follow-ups
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting
5. CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Operations, and Courier teams
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Track order status and update customers regularly
6. Customer ExperienceMaintain a polite and positive attitude at all times
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Ensure repeat engagement and trust
- RequirementsAny graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
- Ability to handle customer pressure calmly
- Freshers / Experienced both can apply
