Job Summary


We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers through calls and messages, resolving issues, and supporting sales and service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities


1. Customer InteractionHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, or other channels
  • Provide clear and accurate product/service information

2. Query ResolutionUnderstand customer concerns and provide timely solutions

  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction before closing the query

3. Lead Handling & SupportIdentify customer requirements and guide them accordingly

  • Forward qualified leads to the sales team
  • Follow up with customers for updates and conversions
  • 4. CRM & DocumentationUpdate customer details and interaction records in CRM
  • Maintain proper documentation of enquiries and follow-ups
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting

5. CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Operations, and Courier teams

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Track order status and update customers regularly

6. Customer ExperienceMaintain a polite and positive attitude at all times

  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure repeat engagement and trust
  • RequirementsAny graduate (preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
  • Ability to handle customer pressure calmly
  • Freshers / Experienced both can apply
