Job Description
Role Overview:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers and maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem resolution
- Provide product/service information and guide customers accordingly
- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Maintain service quality standards and response time targets
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Multitasking and time management skills
