Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers and maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem resolution
  • Provide product/service information and guide customers accordingly
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy
  • Maintain service quality standards and response time targets
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
  • Multitasking and time management skills
