salary: 15k-25k ( 30k addditional incentives)

Roles & Resposibilities:

• Generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving overall growth for a company. 
• This involves activities like identifying potential clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and negotiating deals. 
• They also manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and other industry stakeholders
• Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Conducting site visits, attending meetings, and negotiations to close deals
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to launch new products and services
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
