Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive for our growing Travel & Tourism company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting domestic and international tour packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

This role is ideal for freshers who are confident communicators and interested in building a career in travel sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

Explain domestic & international tour packages in detail

Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone and WhatsApp

Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into bookings

Share package details, pricing, and offers professionally

Maintain daily call reports and customer database

Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmation

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Candidate Profile

Strong communication skills in Tamil, English & Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Ability to handle customer objections professionally

Educational Qualification

Any Degree / 12th Pass

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
