AR Caller: Focuses on the healthcare revenue cycle by contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding medical claims, resolve payment discrepancies, and document all interactions.

Office Assistant: Provides general administrative and clerical support, including managing office supplies, handling communications (phone calls, email, mail), scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring the office environment is organized and runs efficiently.

Quality Control: Ensures products, processes, or services meet established standards by monitoring operations, performing inspections or tests, identifying defects, documenting findings, and recommending improvements to prevent errors and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., HIPAA in healthcare, ISO in manufacturing).
