Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Corporate Office / Showroom Support (Chennai)
Job Summary
Challani Jewellery is looking for a courteous and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves assisting customers with product enquiries, order status, appointments, complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from customers professionally.
Respond to enquiries related to jewellery products, pricing, schemes, offers, store locations, and working hours.
Schedule store visit appointments and follow up with customers.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or call logs.
Follow company communication standards and service quality guidelines.
Coordinate with showroom sales teams and internal departments for smooth resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate / diploma / higher secondary qualification.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Languages preferred: Tamil (mandatory), English & Hindi (added advantage).
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, call systems).
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
Experience
0–3 years experience in customer support / call center / voice process preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
