Customer Support Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to be the voice of Inventaa for our online and offline customers. You will handle order queries, returns & replacements, and provide proactive support to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your role is critical in building trust, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining our high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage return/replacement requests and ensure smooth coordination with logistics teams .
• Update customers on order status, shipping, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain records of complaints, escalations, and resolutions in CRM.
• Share daily/weekly reports on tickets, escalations, and resolution times.
• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for order discrepancies, credit notes, or refunds.
• Ensure tone of communication reflects Inventaa’s customer-first values.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or sales support experience (E-commerce preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
• Familiarity with tools like Shiprocket, Zoko/WhatsApp CRM, and Shopify (training will be provided) .
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
