Job Description

Hiring Polite and Professional Customer support representative who can handle the following: a. Receive calls and record significant information b. Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions c. Receive and dispatch orders for services. d. Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance e. Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations f. Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule g. Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements h. Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information and handle Microsoft office Suites (Excel, word)
