Designation – Phone Banking Officer

Department - Credit card customer service

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in Customer service voice process- Preferably in Customer retention process/call audits

• Candidate should have excellent command over written and spoken English

• Candidate should have working knowledge on MS Excel and MS power-point

• Total experience of 2-3 years

• Candidate will be required to handle live supervisor calls/ make outcalls on escalated cases and ensure end to end resolution to the customers

• Resolves the queries of customer and provide support over the calls.

Salary Range

* 35k CTC | Incentives upto 2k (Peformance based incentives)

( Note : Final salary will depends on candidates interview and last salary package )

Shift Time :- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

General Shift Timings

Weekoff/ working Days

1 Rotational weekoff

6 Days working

Important Notes:

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

Skills and Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
