Customer Support Executive

Hiring for domestic banking voice process- Guindy, Chennai!!!

Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking queries.

Interested to work in banking sales.

Up-selling/ Cross-selling.

Assist customer with account details, transactions, and card-related issues.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify and escalate unresolved issue to the appropriate department.

Maintain professional communication throughout the call.

Ensure compliance with banking policies and security guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

Fresher/ Experienced candidates are eligible.

Graduation is MANDATORY.

Workdays: 5 days a week.

Week off: 2 rotational weeks off.

Shift: Day/ Night rotational shifts.

Language required:

ENGLISH + HINDI.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication in English.

Problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary Structure:

CTC- 25,000 per month.

Take Home- 21,000 per month.
