Job Summary:
We are hiring a Hindi Customer Support Executive for our Buyback team. The role involves explaining the mobile buyback process to customers across India and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain the buyback process clearly in Hindi and English
- Guide customers on device pickup, quality check, and payment process
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Coordinate for smooth processing of orders
Requirements:
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Strong customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 + Incentives
