Job Summary:

We are hiring a Hindi Customer Support Executive for our Buyback team. The role involves explaining the mobile buyback process to customers across India and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain the buyback process clearly in Hindi and English
  • Guide customers on device pickup, quality check, and payment process
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
  • Coordinate for smooth processing of orders

Requirements:

  • Good communication in Hindi and English
  • Strong customer handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 + Incentives
