Responsibilities:


  • Call clients to fix appointments and follow up on payments.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Support email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain client records and prepare brief reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client service.



Requirements:


  • Good communication skills (English & local language).
  • Tech-savvy; familiar with MS Office, email, and WhatsApp tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Experience in client support or telecalling preferred.
