DATA ANALYST - BPO & CALL CENTRE

1. To involve in Data Cleaning & Preparation for BPO & Call Centre, filtering the data, handling the missing values, and preparing datasets to ensure accuracy & relevance.
2. Need to get into data exploration & analysis. Should be able to use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships & trends.
3. Should be able to create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable at first glance.
4. To prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to different stakeholders, who can influence policy and decision making process.
5. Should often work with other departments like BPO,Call Centre to understand their data needs and enable them to make informed decisions based on data insights. 
6. Will be the FPR for any data requirements for the mentioned BPO & Call Centre functions
7. Will be responsible in automation & publishing of various dashboards covering the entire life cycle of application process
