Must have skills : Snowflake Data Warehouse
Good to have skills : PySpark, Teradata BI

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. Additionally, the position requires implementing extract, transform, and load processes to enable seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems, contributing to the overall data infrastructure and operational efficiency within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align data strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Teradata BI, PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Teradata BI, PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and best practices for data integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions and data security principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
