·        Generate invoices and provide receipts to customers.

·        Maintain daily cash balance and prepare cash reports.

·        Ensure proper billing and documentation of showroom sales.

·        Assist customers with payment-related queries.

·        Coordinate with the accounts team for daily transaction updates.

·        Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.

·        Ensure all financial transactions are processed in compliance with company policies.

We are seeking a pleasant and professional Front Desk Executive and data entry operator to be the first point of contact for our showroom visitors. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage calls, and provide administrative support, such as scanning documents to ensure smooth operations

Key Responsibilities:·        Answer incoming calls and respond to customers.

·        Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.

·        Support head office staff with administrative tasks.
