Data Migration Specialist

Job Overview:


We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive end-to-end business process knowledge and the flexibility to work on both enhancement and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire data migration process, identifying potential issues and resolving them.

  • Develop best practices and protocols for data migration.

  • Evaluate different source systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Netsuite to determine how to move data from one system to another.

  • Coordinate with clients to determine their data needs, including the types of data that need to be migrated and prepare data mappings.

  • Establish testing procedures to ensure that the migrated data is accurate and consistent with client specifications.

  • Provide technical support for the data migration process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Create documentation of the migration process to serve as a guide for future migration projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data migration.

  • Experience working with large volumes of data.

  • Expertise in Snowflake.

  • Thorough knowledge of ETL processes and data deduplication.

  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, and JSON.

  • Proficiency with REST API and SOAP.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of sales processes such as quoting and Opportunity management in Salesforce is added advantage
