We are looking for a disciplined, skilled, and reliable Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our logistics team. Unlike retail delivery, this role focuses on the Bulk B2B segment, transporting large quantities of our fresh Idli/Dosa batter to warehouses, large distributors, and commercial clients across Chennai.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBulk Transport: Safely operate Tata Ace or similar multi-axle trucks to deliver bulk batter crates and commercial containers.
• Loading & Unloading: Oversee and assist in the loading of heavy crates. You must ensure the vehicle is balanced and the product is secured to prevent spills or damage.
• B2B Coordination: Deliver to commercial hubs and warehouses, ensuring all bulk delivery challans and gate passes are properly signed and documented.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks on the truck (oil, tires, cooling system) and report any mechanical issues immediately to ensure zero downtime.
• Route Planning: Navigate Chennai’s industrial and commercial routes efficiently to meet strict delivery windows for perishable goods.
• RequirementsLicense: Must hold a valid Commercial Driving License (LMV-TR or HMV depending on specific vehicle weight).
• Experience: Proven experience driving Tata Ace, Bolero Pick-up, or similar multi-axle commercial vehicles.
• Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role involving the movement of heavy bulk crates.
• Reliability: Since we deal with fresh food products, punctuality is non-negotiable.
• Geography: Excellent knowledge of Chennai’s main commercial roads and bypass routes.
