Job Summary

Responsible for picking up and delivering food, groceries, parcels, or passengers safely and on time using a two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or car while following company guidelines and local traffic rules.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up orders from restaurants, warehouses, dark stores, sellers, or customers

Deliver orders to customers within the promised time

Verify order details before delivery

Use mobile app for navigation, order updates, and customer communication

Collect cash payments (if applicable) and submit as per process

Maintain professionalism and good customer service

Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines

Handle packages carefully to avoid damage

Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years

Valid Driving License

Two-wheeler / three-wheeler / car (as per role)

Smartphone with internet

Basic knowledge of local routes

Ability to use mobile apps

Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account (for payouts)
