Delivery Executive

Job Description:

The Delivery Executive is responsible for timely and safe delivery of goods, parcels, or food items to customers while ensuring excellent service and accurate order handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver orders to customers as per schedule

Verify delivery details and collect payments (if applicable)

Ensure safe handling of goods during transit

Maintain delivery records and obtain customer acknowledgements

Follow route plans and delivery instructions

Maintain vehicle condition and report issues

Provide professional and courteous customer service

Follow traffic rules and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th pass

Valid driving license (two-wheeler / four-wheeler as required)

Knowledge of local routes and areas

Ability to use smartphone apps for delivery tracking

Good time management and customer handling skills

Experience:

0–2 years of experience as a Delivery Executive (freshers can apply)
