Oliver Wyman Performance Lead

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Lead to join our team. Lead development for an Oliver Wyman Performance Transformation (PT) Hub, a data analytics application.

Technical Skills:

Over 3 years of experience in development using and/or:

 Power Apps

 Power Automate

 Azure Functions

 Apigee Proxy

 SharePoint Online

 C#

 JavaScript

 Node.js

 Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical skills to create effective solutions, combined with problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues.

 Database Management : Experience with SQL and database management systems for data manipulation and querying.

 API Development : Proficient in designing and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless application communication.

 Performance Optimization : Skills in optimizing application performance through various strategies.

 Must have cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or Google with hands-on experience in developing applications for these platforms.

Process Skills:

 Version Control : Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems for code management.

 Testing Frameworks : Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks to ensure high code quality.

 DevOps Practices : Understanding of CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment processes.

 Security Best Practices : Awareness of security protocols and best practices for cloud application development.

 UX/UI Design Principles : Foundation in UX/UI design principles with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

 Data Visualization : Proficient in using Power BI for effective data visualization and reporting.

Behavioral Skills :

 Help build a highly reliable, efficient, and scalable back end to support Group Ecosystem applications

 Set up a monitoring platform for logging and reporting internal bugs.

 Knowledge of Distributed System

 Experience in As-Is analysis, provide implementation roadmap creation and recommendations for application and system performance

 Knowledge of Agile and Lean Practices

Experience and Education Required

 Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

 6-8 years of IT experience
