TCS is hiring for Demand Planning & Forecasting role!       Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.   Shift: 24 X 7 shift pattern                                                    Job Description-                                                                 1) Create Demand Plan in line with Customer Guidelines & Market Trend                                              2) Compare and Analyse the Forecasted data with Previous years / quarters to improve the forecast accuracy.                                                                          3) Build Predictive model for forecasting.                      4) Co-ordinate with Category Managers to improve Forecasting accuracy by providing insights on products & Product category.                                                         5) Monitoring performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).                                                            6) Pay close attention to details to identify exceptions, anomalies, and discrepancies in forecast accuracy reports
