Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring a safe and clean healthcare environment. Nurses play a vital role in patient recovery, comfort, and support.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patients’ health conditions, record vital signs, and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication usage, and general health management.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate care.
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other nursing tasks.
• Follow all healthcare regulations, hospital protocols, and infection control procedures.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing).
• Valid nursing license/registration (as per local/national regulations).
• Proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a caring nature.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records (if applicable).
