Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dentist to join our team on a 1-year contractual basis. The role involves providing quality dental care, performing basic dental procedures, and assisting in clinic operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.

• Position & Contract Details:
• Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
• Contract Duration: 1 (One) Year – Mandatory
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly Salary Range: ₹28,000 to ₹35,000 (based on experience and skills)
• Performance-linked Rewards: Incentives and salary revision may be offered based on performance and management review
• Work Schedule:
• Regular Shift: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Extended Hours: May be required up to 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM based on patient flow
• Weekly Off: 1 (One) day per week
• Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct dental check-ups and assist in diagnosing oral health conditions
• Perform dental procedures such as cleaning, fillings, and extractions
• Handle dental emergencies with professionalism and care
• Take and interpret dental X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
• Ensure sterilization and hygiene standards are followed
• Collaborate with other dental professionals and support staff
• Participate in outreach or promotional dental programs as required
• Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or higher qualification (MDS preferred)
• Valid dental registration/license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, professionalism, and patient-focused approach
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to clinic practices
• Key Terms & Conditions:

• Contract Completion Penalty: Resignation before completion of the 1-year contract is not permitted and will incur a penalty of ₹2,00,000.
• Document Submission: One original educational certificate must be submitted for the contract duration (returned upon successful completion).
• Performance & Discipline:
• Consistent poor performance may lead to salary revision or reduction.
• Violation of policies or negligence causing loss to the organization may result in penalties.
• Leave Policy:
• Casual Leave: 1 day per month
• Unapproved leave on weekends will result in Loss of Pay (LOP)
• Unauthorized leave extension will also result in LOP
• Work Environment & Mobility:
• Must be able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• May be required to provide temporary support at other clinic branches in Chennai as per management requirement.
