Inprocess Quality:
1.    Ensure Customer compliant Communication to shop floor and all shifts- Immediate with One point lesson & Dept meeting
2.    Implement ICA at In house -Immediate after customer compliant
3.    Co ordinate with Mfg team to prevent outflow 
4.    Customer complaint Impact training - New Inspectors
5.    Plan and organize man power in final inspection
6.    Responsible for material movement in SAP
7.    Coordinate with Production team for Hold part clearance
8.    Weekly review of Action taken against Hold part & Line issues(FTT)
9.    Improvement Action follow up and monitor Improvement against previous week Rejection Qty
10.Ensure process audit plan vs actual execution
11.Ensure F/M/L inspection activities adherence in all the 3 shifts.

Lab
1.    Calibration plan vs actual
2.    Layout Inspection Plan vs actual
3.    Update calibration record& History card
4.    Conduct External & Internal calibration as per plan
5.    MSA & Penetration Plan Vs Actual
