Job Description
Deputy Manager - South Hub
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Handling Receipt and Dispatch section, BIW, Vendor aid stores.
Ensure all transactions are done perfectly art receipt and despatch section, ensure proper storage of bodies, timely supplies to internal customer, in BIW,
Ensure Truck turnaround time is as per goal.
Ensure total material accountability in his area, zero Safety incidents in his area, train associates and officers on BBS2.
Ensure FIFO in his area. Implement TPM as per road map, Scrap yard is maintained as per guideline and SPD requirement is fulfilled as defined.
Ensure timely dispatch of rejections to suppliers.
Leverage IT enabled systems in his area.
Timely planning of resources in his area.
Possess knowledge in Packing and trolley design
